One page now holds every file, image, lesson recording, exercise and whiteboard you have, each kind on its own shelf, with folders and tags that cut across them. Nothing to re-upload: it reads what is already there, and you can add a file to a lesson while you plan it or put one on the board mid-lesson without uploading it twice.
A lesson package now reads as four numbers instead of one: purchased, used, booked and available. Booked counts the lessons already in your calendar, so "4 left" stops meaning "4 free to book" when three of them are spoken for. Teamlilit warns you when the diary runs past the credits, keeps a dated history of every credit taken, given back or corrected by hand, and offers a top up when the balance runs low. Parents see the same counts on their portal link, with no amounts.

Send a parent a private link and they see, for each of their children, the lessons that ran, whether the child attended and for how long, and the invoices addressed to them. No password, nothing to install. It is read-only: payment is still arranged directly with you, and you can turn any link off from the student's record.
If you have to show a clause on your invoices, such as a VAT exemption, write it once under Invoice settings and it appears on every invoice you issue, including the ones raised automatically each month. You can still change or remove it on any single invoice.
Store guardian and family contact details alongside each student, so the right person is easy to reach when you need to share progress or sort out a schedule.

You can now bring someone into a lesson while it is running. Open the invite panel inside the classroom, copy a link or send it by email, and they are in. Students who do not have a Teamlilit account do not need to create one first: they type their name and join, and they see your whiteboard exactly as you are drawing it, including document and file tabs when you switch to them. Each link works once and only for one person, so a forwarded link cannot let a stranger wander in. Guests watch and listen; when you want one of them to speak or share their camera, they create an account from inside the lesson without leaving the room, and you bring them on stage.
Creating an account and signing in now takes one click with your Google or Microsoft account, with no extra password to remember. Already registered by email? Signing in with the same address simply takes you to your existing account.
The classroom whiteboard now does what tutoring actually asks of it. Type real equations with an on-screen symbol keyboard and come back and edit them later, plot one or more functions on the same axes, and turn a selected formula into a graph in place. Each session can hold several boards as tabs, alongside text pages and uploaded files, PDFs, slides and images, so one lesson is no longer one endless canvas. Drop a photo of handwritten work onto the board to mark it up, embed a YouTube or Vimeo video or a Desmos activity, prepare your boards before the lesson starts, and hand the pen to a student while they are on stage. Everything saves with the session.
Starting an instant course no longer asks you to fill in a form first. It opens the room straight away, names the session for you, and has the invite panel ready so your next step is simply sharing the link. You can rename the session from inside the room, and add a student to a class once you know who turned up. Scheduling a course for later is unchanged: that still gets the full form, because planning a lesson and teaching one right now are different jobs.
Changing a lesson time or rescheduling a session now feels more reliable, with fewer surprises when you move things around your calendar.
Reminders for upcoming sessions are more consistent, which helps cut down on no-shows and the awkward back-and-forth that follows a missed lesson.
Here is what we are building next. These are directions, not promises, so we have left out delivery dates until things are ready.
We're building homework you can send: put it together from blocks (choices, numbers, formulas, written answers, a photo of the workings) or let AI fill them, set a due date, send it to a student or a class, and mark only the answers that don't mark themselves. Parents see the result on their portal.
We're designing a pane that slides out of the session dialog when you click a student. Before the lesson: what happened last time, attendance, notes, credits and parents. After it: confirm attendance, write the note, set homework, invoice the lesson, send the recap to the parents and book the next one, without leaving the calendar.
We're building a setting for teaching centres: bill as individual tutors, which is what happens today, or as one business, so the centre's name, tax details, numbering and logo become the sender on every tutor's invoices.
We're improving the automatic session wrap-ups so the notes you share after each lesson are clearer and more useful for students and parents.
